School Transport

AIMS Model School offers a reliable and convenient bus service for the transportation of our students. To avail of this facility, parents are required to register their children at the time of admission. The bus charges for each term are payable at the beginning of each session. We prioritize the safety and security of every child and take all possible measures to ensure a smooth and punctual bus service, except in cases of sudden breakdowns or unavoidable circumstances. Please note that bus fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the School Transport service.

Guidelines for Students:

• Punctuality: Be on time to avoid keeping the bus waiting.
• Proper Seating: Sit properly in the bus and keep your belongings in the designated space.
• Respect: Do not fight or tease other children.
• Safety: Do not put any part of your body outside the window and avoid standing near the exit.
• Care: Do not damage the bus in any way. A fine of Rs. 1000/- will be imposed for any damages.
• Discipline: Misconduct or damage to the bus can result in being barred from using the bus service.

Guidelines for Parents:

• Communication: Contact school authorities for any requirements, suggestions, or complaints.
• Interaction: Do not interact with the bus driver or conductor while the bus is in motion.
• Bus Stops: Do not request drivers to change the bus stop location.
• Timing: Ensure punctuality; drivers are instructed to maintain a strict schedule.
• Pick-up: Be present at the designated drop-off point to pick up your child.
• Conduct: Do not enter the bus to discipline any child.
• Safety: Educate your child on the safety rules while commuting in the bus.
• Designated Stops: Ensure your child gets off only at their designated stop.
• Damages: Parents may be required to bear the cost of repairs if their child causes damage to the bus.
• Discipline: The school reserves the right to bar students from using the bus service for indiscipline or misconduct.
• Fees: Bus fees are to be paid as per the rules, with no refunds.
• Address Changes: Inform the school immediately of any change of address.
• Feedback: Complete and return the Feedback Form on time.
• Responsibility: While utmost care is taken, the school is not responsible for accidents or untoward incidents.
• Cooperation: Work with us to ensure the safety and well-being of your child, as they are the future.
