Terms & Conditions – Online Fee Payment

By using the Online Fee Payment Service of AIMS Model School, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I/We voluntarily opt to use the Online Fee Payment facility provided by AIMS Model School for paying fees.

2. I/We have no objection to AIMS Model School sharing my/our receipt and transaction details as required for payment processing and confirmation.

3. While every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure accuracy, I/We understand that AIMS Model School shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or losses arising from incorrect information during the payment process.

4. I/We agree that any disputes regarding transaction details must be resolved directly with the payment gateway provider, and the role of AIMS Model School will be limited to providing necessary supporting information.

5. I/We agree to ensure that correct and complete details are entered during the online payment process. AIMS Model School will not be held responsible if the transaction is rejected due to incorrect entries.

6. I/We accept that the records maintained by AIMS Model School regarding transactions and payment instructions shall be treated as final and binding evidence in any proceedings or disputes.

7. AIMS Model School does not levy any additional processing or service charges for using the online payment facility. However, any charges imposed by the payment gateway, merchant, or acquiring banks must be borne solely by the user.

8. I/We understand and agree that AIMS Model School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Online Fee Payment Service at any time without prior notice or explanation.

9. By proceeding with the payment, I/We confirm that I/We have carefully read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
